Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute, with a new title pending authorization         
of HCR 14, be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

"An Act relating to the Alaska Election Code and to state election            
administration."

and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so
